  • Can i make Online Payments?
    Yes, you may make you HOA Assessment payments online.  There may be a conveinence fee charged by the bank for using a credit or debit card for payment.  However, if you use a checking or savings account, there is no fee.      
    To make online payments, you will need the following information:  
    • Management ID:  1149
    • Community ID:  543
    • Account Number: this is your 3 digit Lot number (i.e. 001) 
    When you are ready to make the online payment, please click here. 
    You will be taken directly to the Mutual of Omaha secure website.  
  • How much and how often are the HOA Assessments?
    Windmill Village HOA Assessments are $173.50 per Quarter.  
  • Is there an automatic payment option to pay the Assessments?
    Yes, you may sign up with Windmill Village HOA to have your Quarterly Assessments automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account.     The automatic withdrawals are processed on the first business day of each quarter.  
    If you are interested in signing up for the FREE automatic payment option, please complete & submit this form.    Completed forms must be submitted 2 weeks before the first business day of the Quarter you would like the automatic withdrawals to start.  
  • When are the HOA Assessments due?
    The HOA Assessments are due the first day of every Quarter.  
    January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st. 
    If payment is not received by the 15th day of each Quarter, the assessment is considered late, and a 10% late fee is charged.   If payment is still  not made after the late fee has been assessed, additional collection fees may be assessed to the account.     
    If there are extenuating circumstances as to why you are unable to make your payment by the 15th day of the Quarter, please contact our Management Company BEFORE your assessment is late.     Please call Preferred Communities and speak with the Financial Services Department at 480-649-2017.   
  • Where do i send my HOA Payment ?
    Please send all check & money order payments made payable to;

    It is very important that you include your HOA Account Number (aka Lot Number)  on the check or money order.   If you do not know what your account or Lot number is, please contact Preferred Communities at 480-649-2017 or
